Mr. Milford Collins Bradley, 84, husband of Mary Ann Bradley and a resident of Onley, VA, passed away on Sunday, February 28, 2010 at Sentara Norfolk General Hospital in Norfolk, VA.

Born on October 15, 1925 in Harborton, VA, he was the son of the late Ira S. Bradley and Bettie Turner Bradley. He attended Hampden-Sydney College and Cornell University in the V-12 Program during WWII, and then was a Navy Ensign. Mr. Bradley was a retired mail carrier for the United States Postal Service; was a former photographer and linotype operator for the Peninsula Enterprise; and a former photographer for several companies at Wallops Island. He was an active member of the Holy Trinity Episcopal Church, having served as a lay reader. He was one of the first EMT's for the Onley Volunteer Fire and Rescue Company, where he was a longtime member, and was an avid bike rider.

Other than his loving wife of sixty-three years, survivors include two sons, Kendall Bradley and his wife Ronda of Melfa, VA, and Robert Bradley and his wife Vikki of Onley; three grandsons, Neill Bradley and his wife Lindsay, and Travis and Ryan Bradley; a brother, Edgar B. Bradley and his wife Sylvia of Wachapreague, VA; and a sister-in-law, Beverly Bradley of Nancock Gardens, Onancock, VA. Other than his parents, he was predeceased by a sister, Pauline Bradley Doughty, and his twin brother, Marvin T. Bradley.

Funeral services will be conducted from the Holy Trinity Episcopal Church on Thursday, March 4, 2010 at 11:00 AM with the Rev. R.J. Johnson officiating. Interment will follow in the Hollies Baptist Church Cemetery in Keller.
