Memorial Tributes for Jim Meyers Showing 1 - 5 of 13 entries.

Maureen & Terry,
I was shocked & saddened to learn of Jim's untimely passing. I am sorry he did not have more time to enjoy the good Eastern Shore life & you as neighbors. He was a pleasure to work with on his home & the SPCA project. We will all miss him.

As I sit here with tears in my eyes thinking about my Uncle Jim, it is hard for me to separate my feelings. Of course I miss him, feel grief, and am still experiencing the shock of our loss. But my heart and mind always somehow turn to how much I looked up to him, not only as a wonderful uncle, but as a man and husband. He is one of the most genuine, warm people I have known and the match he found with my Aunt Bobbie was one that is hard to rival. His generous soul and fun loving nature in life overshadow the pain of his death. I love you Uncle Jim and am so thankful that you were a part of my life.

Maureen and Terry: We extend our sincere sympathy to you in the loss of your brother. Beautiful memories are God's gift of comfort to us and it is our hope that time soon eases the pain and leaves you with memories of the good sweet times with Jim.

Dear friends and family of Jim,
I worked for Jim for over 15 years in New Hampshire. Sara and I sang at Robbin and Jim's renewal of vows. Although Jim and Robbin didn't have kids (just "critters"), our own now grown children sat on Jim's lap many years as he played Santa to perfection and drew gifts from his bag. There was never a more even tempered, intelligent and thoughtful person than Jim. He was a great friend to us. The world is poorer for his passing.
With love,
